Salad Bread Bowls

1 teaspoon dry yeast, quick-rise
½ cup water, lukewarm
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon honey
1 cup of whole wheat flour
¼ cup unbleached flour, with germ
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder

Mix all the above ingredients to make a dough, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
Turn your oven to 245 degrees Celsius.
Roll the dough large enough to cover the size of the bowls you want to use. The bowls for the shape need to be ovenproof. Cover the bowl with a thin layer of olive oil, place the dough over it, then bake it for 5 minutes until crisp.

For the Filling:
 Prepare 2 cups of spring salad
 Your favourite salad dressing
 When cooked take it out of oven, let it cool down. 
 Carefully remove it from the bowl and place your salad mix into it.  Enjoy!
